The contract is concluded when the Customer completes placing the Order by clicking the “Order” button. The Customer will immediately receive a confirmation of its conclusion at the e-mail address provided by him when placing the Order.

The Seller is not responsible for the introduction by the customer of incorrect data, in particular by providing incorrect data in the forms available on the site, including personal, contact and health information, affecting the preparation of the diet or the operation of the customer in a way that impedes or prevents the provision and implementation of services by the seller.

In addition to the information required as standard when placing an order, the customer is obliged to inform the seller of any health conditions, including food allergies and other diseases or conditions requiring the elimination or restriction of the consumption of specific products.

If the customer’s state of health requires the elimination of certain foods from daily consumption, the customer orders a diet after consulting a doctor and at his own risk. Information about the state of health is given to the seller in order to determine the meals, but the final decision about the possibility of their consumption is taken by the customer.

In the event that the customer fails to collect the ordered diet due to the absence of a person authorised to collect the order or due to incorrect delivery address details, the diet shall be deemed to have been successfully delivered. In such a case, the customer shall not be entitled to claim reimbursement for the part of the order falling on a given day or make any other claims due to the non-receipt of the diet.

The Customer has the right to indicate a preferred delivery time interval, however, not narrower than 3 hours. The Seller reserves the right to make the delivery also outside the indicated timeframe, if for reasons beyond their control they will not be able to deliver the diet within the indicated timeframe.

If there are factors beyond the seller’s control that hinder or prevent the delivery of the diet, no compensation or refund can be claimed. This refers to cases such as those associated with severe weather impediments (flooding, flooding of roads, hurricane).

In case of the Customer’s complaint regarding the Services, the complaint shall be submitted to the Seller via:
a) e-mail to E-mail:info@fitbynature.pl
b) a form on the website: Contact tab
c) telephone contact: Phone: 507 088 820

Once a complaint is received by the seller, it will be dealt with immediately, but no later than within two weeks of receipt.
The company will confirm receipt of the complaint submitted by the Customer to the e-mail address provided by the Customer during the submission.

Diet deliveries are made Monday through Friday. Friday deliveries are made for Saturday and Sunday, Thursday to Friday deliveries are made for Friday and Saturday with the same menu, for Sunday diets are not delivered.

In the event that the diet is misappropriated by third parties after delivery by the seller, the seller is not responsible for the diet delivered.

The seller informs that on the basis of art. 38 para. 4 and para. 12 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, the customer who is a consumer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract referred to in Article 27 of the said Act.
