The decision to exclude meat products from the diet requires appropriate knowledge and experience in the proper composition of meals. In this situation, the most important thing is to provide the body with the right amount of nutrients and thus avoid dangerous dietary deficiencies, which can have a negative impact on our health and well-being.
With vegetarians in mind we have prepared this Vege box diet, which features a wealth of vegetables (including pulses) in a variety of appetising colours (red, yellow, orange, green) prepared in such a way as to retain maximum vitamins and minerals. We also add whole-grain cereals, certain fruits, low-fat dairy products, nuts, almonds, seeds and aromatic spices. It is particularly noteworthy that we also offer an optional vegetarian diet excluding fish.
